We sometimes find ourselves talking print-shop jibberish to our clients, and wonder how you make heads or tails of what we are saying. The purpose of this page is to give a better explanation of the products we carry, as well as the types of files that we prefer to deal with. Is there something missing from this page? Air-Release Vinyl

Air-release vinyl is a positionable, pressure activated adhesive vinyl. Typically this vinyl is used for vehicle graphics, or other uneven surfaces.

Comes in either printable, or custom colour options.

Bannerstand

Bannerstands are retractable, portable hardware with a digitally printed, banner graphic. Instead of having to buy all new hardware, replacement graphics are optional.

Size Options: 33" width, 43" width

Coroplast

Coroplast is a corrugated plastic substrate, best used for short-term signage solutions. It is our most economical substrate option, and can be ordered in a variety of colours. We can print direct, or print and mount vinyl graphics onto it.

Thicknesses Available: 4mm, 10mm, 12mm

Sheet Sizes Available: 4'x8', 4'x10' or 5'x10' (can all be cut down to whatever size you prefer)

Cut Vinyl

Cut vinyl is just contour cutting graphics, without the need for printing. We have many in-stock colours to choose from. If you don't see what you like on our shelves, we can have something brought in for you.

Dibond

Dibond is an aluminum composite material that is ideal for long-term sign solutions. It can be ordered in a variety of colours. We can print direct, or print and mount vinyl graphics onto it.

Sheet Sizes Available: 4'x8', 4'x10' or 5'x10' (can all be cut down to whatever size you prefer)

Signply

Signply is an exterior grade plywood, sandwiched by two pieces of aluminum facing. This is by far the most durable substrate option we have available. Vinyl is printed and mounted to the sign face.

Sintra

Sintra is a lightweight and rigid form of PVC substrate. It can be ordered in a variety of colours. We can print direct, or print and mount vinyl graphics onto it.

Styrene

Styrene is a thin, polystyrene plastic material. Comes in both white or translucent options. The transluscent option is often used for the printing of backlits. We print drect to the substrate.
