Imagination Ink Ltd. has roots going as far back as 1978. We are steeped in rich tradition. Originally, our company was known as Regina Visual Display. The focus in those days was dressing windows in large department stores. As you can imagine, needs changed, technology advanced, and so did the company. The original ownership began purchasing other display companies, expanded into Alberta and Manitoba, and soon became one of the largest in the industry - Displayco Canada. After managing the Saskatchewan division of Displayco Canada for 5 years, Darleen and Calvin Nichol purchased this division in 2004. The name was changed to Imagination Ink Ltd. Because imagination drives marketing.
With a coffee cup in her hand 24/7, Darleen has taken a small, relatively quiet company and turned it into a growing and productive fast-paced environment overflowing with creativity and results. Her determination and strong will has helped Imagination Ink become what it is today. Always willing to engage in fun & intelligent conversation, there is never a dull moment with Darleen around.
Single-handedly the most talkative of us all, Calvin keeps the equipment rolling just as much as the conversations. A born leader with a drive like no other, Calvin brings out the best in all of us. He strives to look on the positive side and maintain client satisfaction. On many occasions, you will see Calvin up at the break of dawn and stay through the night to ensure that a job is completed on time.
Friendly account executive by day, Barbados loving vacationer by night. Andy is the longest running team member and brings to the team a warm personality highlighted by a vast knowledge of everything we have to offer. Although she manages some of our biggest accounts, she will always make time to help anyone find the best products for their needs. Consistent visits with Andy will have you feeling like you’ve know her all your life.
University-educated with a strong appreciation for art and design, Nathan brings a strong mixture of technical and creative talent to the table. With a keen eye for detail and an approachable personality, it is easy to see why he garners such a great relationship with all of our clients.
If still waters run deep, Warren is the ocean. Very methodical in his ways, Warren quietly creates masterpieces. He brings 10 years of vehicle graphics experience into Imagination Ink Ltd. We are now pushing Warren's limits, but like Imagination Ink Ltd., we have found that he has "NO LIMITS"
Destiny Jelinski is definitely our ‘Director of First Impressions’. Always positive and friendly, she provides the new clientele with their first impressions of our company. Not only is she confidently holding down the front-line, all the while she develops our website (which as you currently can see looks amazing!). Destiny gives one hundred and ten percent every day and her hard work really shows.
Darcy is the muscle of the team. With his daily pranks and great personality it is easy to see why so many people enjoy working with him. A common face around trade-shows and major events throughout the city, province and country…Darcy ensures that his work is done to the highest degree while at the same time helping everyone around him.
She may never be on time but rest assured she makes up for it with her dedicated work ethic. Kim has a warm personality that is highlighted with some amazing organizational and planning skills. The resident Rider-fanatic, Kim helps us all keep our blood a bright shade of green!
